Cloudkeys offers full management services for furnished property and apartments in the center of Athens. If you are interested in property management or short-term rentals through Airbnb and other platforms, the property must adhere to the following quality standards.

Location

We manage properties in the following areas in the center of Athens: Historic commercial triangle, Kolonaki, Thissio, Acropolis, Koukaki, Megaron Concert Hall, Monastiraki, Psyrri.

Bedrooms

We manage studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments. The beds must be of high quality and in great condition and the mattresses must be comfortable.

Property Condition

We manage properties that are in perfect condition or need minor improvements. The property’s condition is something that will make it stand out from the competition and maximize earnings for the owner.

Furnishings & Accessories

Full, comfortable, stylish furniture and equipment such as coffee maker, kettle, kitchen, and generally everything city visitor need for their short stay.

Legal

The property must be fully legal according to the requirements for short-term/short-term rentals. All legal obligations must be in order, such as energy certificate, tax declaration and necessary features.

Clients
