Tip of the day 20/5/2022 – Athens Photo World – The outdoors edition!

As part of This is Athens City festival, two interesting photo exhibitions take place in two different beautiful gardens of Athens. The first one entitled “Man and the Environment” takes place in  National Garden close to Syntagma Square from today until June 20th.

Athens Photo World continues its collaboration with the National Gardens after its successful launch in 2019 and 2021 with a new outdoor exhibition in the Gardens’ Fence. This year’s theme will be “Nature and the Environment” with more than forty photos by internationally acclaimed Reuters photographers. Through the eyes of experienced photojournalists, residents and visitors of the city will have the opportunity to admire the endless interaction of man with his environment.

The second one entitled “Flying over Greece” at Athens Concert Hall Fencing you will see some impressive photos by an aerial drone shots that highlight the beauties of Greece from a new unusual and impressive perspective. The 15 photos that will be hosted will highlight places in Greece from different angles than their usual view. You can visit this exhibition from today until August 31st.
