The paperwork

First of all, some bureaucratic procedures are necessary to be done.

• the identification of the reservation with an identity card or passport
• the registration of the VAT number for the issue of the legal document
• the delivery of the keys to the apartment

You have the option of issuing a receipt or an invoice, for which you will be asked for business details.

Our furnished apartments are designed for different experiences, whether you are in Athens for a business trip, to visit relatives and friends, or to sightseeing the city and shopping.

Cloudkeys takes care of guests and their special requests who book their stay in one of the apartments due to medical reasons, either personal or for a third person or relative. Let us know if your stay involves medical issues and we will do our best to accommodate your special accommodation needs.

Everything you might need during your stay would be available.

High quality white bed linen and towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, coffee maker and where available washing machine and place to lay out clothes.

According to Cloudkeys’ sustainability policy we have stopped providing disposable single-used products as they are harmful to the environment.

Getting to and from the apartment

Our team is here to help you with your transport to and from the airport or the ports of Attica (Piraeus, Rafina, Lavrio).

We provide information on means of transport and always highlight the risk of pickpockets on trains, metro and buses. Our recommendation is to never carry backpacks or other luggage on your back and always keep them in front of you.

For business trips, couples or small families, we recommend to book a taxi. We have excellent professional drivers as partners who will take you safely and courteously to your destination.

For 4 passengers, the taxi and metro cost is the same. By taxi you will normally arrive at the apartment one hour earlier than by metro or one hour and thirty minutes earlier than by airport bus.

If you are more than 4 people or if you have a many luggages, we recommend booking a luxury Minivan.

Cleaning of apartments

Cloudkeys knows what a clean apartment looks like and each of our homes is treated by our professional cleaners as if it were their own home.

With two separate cleaning procedures we take care of the houses so that it is always ready to welcome its next guest. Although the COVID19 pandemic has changed already many procedures, Cloudkeys’ cleaning process has always been to a strict standard.

Safe accommodation as well as a safe workplace for Cloudkeys staff is of top importance to us.

• The apartments remained empty, ventilated for at least one hour after guest’s departure
• We clean and disinfect the space with high quality cleaning products
• The products that were used always meet all the EOF specifications
• We always follow striclty the guidelines of the World Health Organization
• Bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures and with safe and effective detergents.
