Check-in & Checkout Process
The procedure is simple and we are always trying to make it as sooner as possible. We understand that your time is valuable, but some necessary paperwork is needed for tax and legal reasons.
Once you made your reservation, Cloudkeys will contact you about your arrival details and assist you with instructions for an easier access to the apartment, public transport advices or to book a taxi or minivan for your transfer.
Booking confirmation & Ιdentification check
Upon arrival you will be asked to show your ID card or passport for the necessary identification with the details you have already completed during the booking process.
In accordance with Cloudkeys’ legal and tax obligations, it is necessary to register your identity card or passport, as well as your VAT number.
If a credit/debit card has been used during the booking process, this card that used to make the reservation must be available with you upon arrival at the apartment.
Arrival time
The apartments do not have concierge or automated system with codes/lockers. When you finished your reservation, it is necessary to communicate with Cloudkeys team, so that you make an appointment the day of your arrival and you don’t have to wait at the entrance.
The available check-in hours are:
15:00-21:00
If your arrival is beyond these hours, please contact Cloudkeys to check availability for a check-in at your preferred time.
Departure & checkout
As for your arrival at the apartment, we will also make an appointment at the time you want to depart from the accommodation.
The departure must be completed by:
11:00 a.m.
A late check-out is, unfortunately, unavailable. The apartment must be ventilated for at least one hour after your departure according to COVID19 protocols, before the cleaning and preparation process for the next guest begins.
If your flight, ferry or train departure is much later than our checkout time, our team has suggestions for your luggage so that you can continue exploring the city until your departure time.
