Local craft markets are a vibrant part of Athens life, with craft markets happening almost every weekend—and sometimes even during the week—across various spots in the city. The largest is the Meet Market, typically held at Technopolis, and another popular venue is the Kypseli Municipal Market, in Fokionos Negri square. If you want to support local vendors and pick up unique gifts and souvenirs from Greece, save this page for updates on all the exciting market events happening in Athens!  Ifestou street in Monastiraki square and Avissinias  square in the same area, Evripidou street, if you are interested in spices and kitchen  stuff are some of the spots you can start. Spring is calling… and we’re answering in the way we know best
Spring finds the city in a creative mood, and The Meet Market returns in its most Easter-themed edition yet. For two days, the heart of the city transforms into a meeting place for creators, brands, and visitors seeking authentic experiences, music, flavors, and inspiration in a unique spring setting. The days are getting longer, spirits are rising, and The Meet Market kicks off the festival season with its established #EasterEdition event on April 4 & 5 at Technopolis City of Athens. Everything you need for a perfect weekend in the city awaits you: shopping, music, drinks, food, activities, socializing, gifts, and good vibes. More than 150 makers fill the spaces of Technopolis with well-designed clothing and accessories, unique jewelry, home goods, ceramics, posters, and wellness products. At the tasting corner, you’ll discover delicious selections from Greek producers, along with the most unique Easter candles and special creations for this year’s Easter.

For vintage lovers, not one, not two, but three distinct spaces dedicated to handpicked pieces turn the search into an experience.

Our favorite DJs will be in charge of the music, taking turns at the decks to keep the beat going throughout the two-day event, while the food lineup includes street food options for every taste, as well as Greek craft beers from independent microbreweries, with an emphasis on small-batch production and a wide variety.

For our younger visitors, we’ve prepared a packed program of free activities and games, along with the traditional Easter Egg Hunt—don’t miss it! Somewhere in Technopolis, 100 colorful Easter eggs are hidden… Can you find them? If so, bring them to the Main Ticket Office and win prizes!
