Kypseli is a really upcoming area of Athens in recent years and with many stories from the past that make it a very artistic area. Fokionos Negri and Agios Georgios squares are the two places where you will find all the bars, cafes and restaurants, while as you walk through the urban neighbourhood you will definitely find impressive neoclassical buildings, some renovated, some not, but which will definitely take you back to the era where mainly actors and singers of that time lived.

And what’s better way to end your day than a live musical theatre show, and a bit of cabaret, which fits in perfectly with your ride above. Piano Fatale Band and its successful show combining music, cabaret and poetry is back at the Red Jasper Cabaret Theatre at Kypseli area.

It’s some dark songs that give you a strange chill when you hear them. There are also some lyrics born in the tired minds of desperate poets like Edgar Allan Poe or Allen Ginsberg. But also our own Napoleon Lapathiotis. And Tasos Livaditis. And many others who recorded their existential cry in their poems. Piano Fatale decided to marry them and present them in the new cabaret theatre of Kypseli.
